The go-to snack I prefer to make for him is usually some sort of smoothie (these are super quick, it fills him up and I can sneak in all sorts of excellent stuff like flax, fruit, hemp seeds, chia seeds, etc). Anyway, the other day Blake came home from lecture starving as usual and also very excited about a childrens cookery book he had picked up from the library (Ill admit I am not normally a fan of childrens do-it-themselves cookbooks as usually the recipes are sort of junky and or overly complicated.) Blake was especially thrilled about the pizza recipe that he supposedly could make all by himself. I was very disbelieving about trying the pizza as all I could reckon of was the gigormous mess it was going to make in my kitchen. Still, Blakes enthusiasm was so high I just didnt have the heart to say no. I chose if we were going to make the pizza and going to make a huge mess anyway I might as well record tape it and place it on the blog. Turns out, the modest rascal did not make a mess after all! And, the pizza was surprisingly tasty (I couldnt help but made a few healthful tweaks.) The recipe below is for a classic cheese and tomato pizza called a Margarita. Healthful Smoothie Recipes * How to Make a Smoothie * Fruit Smoothie Recipes * Here’s another one of persons super healthful smoothies for you! ❤ Wild Herbs Domestic Fruit Smoothie made with Plantain & Lambs Quarters, Pineapple Fruit & Young Coconut Water ❤ * Detox, Go Low Stout or Stout Free, Eliminate Toxicity, and more with Fruit! * * I ngredients * NOTE: Do NOT wash the herbs, just brush the obvious specks of dirt off. My grandmother is here for another visit! My very first record was with her nearly 2 years ago (baghrir record) and since then this became my leisure activity. My grandmother is 80 years ancient and she’s a wonderful cook – so today, she’s showing us how to make a healthful dish of stuffed vegetables with rice and meat. It’s simple and simply tasty.
