If A Buyer Initiates Refund Directly To Paypal before Requesting Refund to Seller, the Refund Policy becomes Null & Void. Responses to Refund Requests may take up to 5 business days due to high volume or holiday purchases. Do not be alarmed!!!
Due to this, a seller will NEED TO WAIT those 5 business days before taking further action against seller. Most Responses will happen the same day or the next day.
Return Condition for a Full Refund Clause:

New Sealed Box items Must Return In Original New Sealed Box Condition It Was Sent and Original Packaging.
Pre-Owned Products Must Return as Described in Listing Product Packaging and Condition.
Any New or Pre-Owned Products with Breaks, Scratches, Missing Items, Missing UPC Symbols, Swapped items with different product numbers, Seal is broken, missing manuals, missing cables, missing or damaged free bonus items or anything that deviates in any way from original listing or new status, will be subject to decision of seller. Partial or no refund may be awarded.
Simply put: If we can not resell at the same condition sent to buyer, then we may reduce the refunded price or not give a refund based on returned condition.
These rules are to protect YOU as the Buyer and ME as the Seller so we can initiate dialog about said item and come to a way to make both happy and whole again.
