Read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A. Price!
Also read Pottenger’s Cats: A Study in Nutrition by Francis M. Pottenger, Jr.!
Persons two books must open anyone up to the truth of nutrition; that there is No one way on eating and certainly being a lacto-vegetarian will NOT define health for each and every one! I suggest reading The Metabolic Typing Diet by William Wolcott for more info on individualizing your OWN diet. Also read anything from Paul Chek…

Hey Harley. How can I get so much fruit? If I was to buy that much fruit at my supermarket it would cost like £40 I reckon… The watermelons there cost £3 each and they’re tiny compared to your massive watermelons. The most I can spend per day is £7. I don’t spend money on anything except food, and that’s all I can spend. Is there some way of getting lots of fruit much more cheaply?

@marcluc1988 Thanks, Its a lot simpler to sustain happieness when our glycogen stores are always stocked up so we can hydrated, sleep and reckon proper. :)

  8. durianriders says:

@Inflamsx I cant win, people say ‘you will get stout from all that fruit’ yet look at me..

People say ‘you wont have enough energy to train..’ yet Im an elite cyclist and have ran my share of marathons..

People say ‘you cant build muscle on that diet’ Im like ‘well how come I can run marathons and win 24hr xc races?’. :)

  9. boombaification says:

@marcluc1988….It’s “The 80/10/10 Diet” by Dr. Douglas Graham. You can find it at your local book store or at foodnsport. com

I am willing to believe this guy has a very excellent condition. But to me, looking like a skeleton is not an option. People see this guy and reckon oh my god what a loser

  11. durianriders says:

@vickidharris non athletes are dull and not healthful! we ALL wanna be athletes!! :)

Eat over 3000calories and initiation living a life of passion NOW! :) You know any stout athletes that live a life of passion? me either..

  12. durianriders says:

@samusamu I do so much yoga I can do a standing back bend. :)

I race bikes in Cat 1 cos its excellent for the lacto-vegetarian cause and I like intense challenges.

You’ve got a fantastic, enthusiastic personality.

  14. marcluc1988 says:

    @durianriders Where did I get a copy of 811?

  15. samusamu says:

@durianriders Hello! despite how I may or may not come off, I don’t want to sound against you or negative. But I want to challenge you to deeply consider your motivation for biking and the amount you bike. I also don’t want to presume that you don’t do yoga at all, but IF a huge motivation for biking is general fitness, I encourage you to pursue (more?) yoga as well. I could say more about why I feel this way, but it is probably excessive. Let me know what you reckon! CHEERS!

  16. samusamu says:

@rite2bcreative i see. so there was really no disagreement as it seems, just mutual misunderstanding…. usually the case, isn’t it? ;)
well, i believe that “do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.” but like to add a parent-thesis (i recommend trying to make that fun for everyone) and I certainly feel that mr. durianrider fits in that. i just am surprised by how much food he wants to consume even considering his activeness. But I will make the note about that @ him.

  17. rite2bcreative says:

@samusamu i was thinking “more” as in the mass of the foods.. like larger quantaties would need to be eaten because if you take a huge watermellon.. and you take the same amount of another kind of food (cooked), the cooked food will probably have more calories because it is more dense.

its like when you cook spinach, it condenses because the water is cooked out, so it loses mass and becomes more calorie dense..

so i guess what i was saying is, you need to eat larger quantaties of raw food

@andriante Here we go again with how he looks. Lemme question u a inquiry. Have you ever disected a malnourished modest boy to see what his organs look like due to malnourishment. I’ll bet durianrider’s organs(you know the thing that matters here) look really nourished. Secondly, we need to accept that “nourished” looks externally different on different people. Finally, are u suggesting he eat meat and stout so he can “look” acceptable? umm…WOW

  21. vickidharris says:

@durianriders my send by e-mail address is nevermind 7476@yahoo.com. Can u please answer a inquiry for me. How many calories, if eating raw fruit, must i consume to loose weight. I have a history of depression and a few other ailments. I am overweight and tired. And I am so ready to do this. All my life I have gravitated towards fruit. Now I am certain my body knew all along what it looked-for. Please advise and wanna let u know that i appreciate all u do. One more thing. How much do non athletes eat?

  22. vickidharris says:

Ive been reading alot of comments posted by people but the one that got me the most was the one about his body looking unnatractive..wow. And thats whats incorrect with the world. Its not about how he looks. Its about how he feels, and how he functions. In person I reckon he looks average. But with the healthful eating I bet his heart and liver are…well…SEXY!

  23. RawFitChris says:

YES it is a lot compared to sedentary people but not compared to athletes who eat things like maltodextrin gel and sugar water to get enough calories to to even more endurance activity. Keep in mind too that FRUIT= the most efficient and highest octane food- means that people can eat less and get more energy than with the Standard American Diet. If Duriander were eating garbage he would need ten thousand calories a day or even more not 5000.

whole foods coffee shops offer almond milk..found in any whole foods market :)

  28. Nadeshda says:

@likehoyyy wow that last sentence was really uncalled for. In my country, cages and crates for dogs aren’t used either. The most people do is keep the dog in a confined room when not at home, like the kitchen, a closed off balcony or a spare room. We don’t really use crates in Europe.

You must def review the NARS sheer glow.. I’ve been thinking about trying it and I will if you find that it doesn’t make you break out.

Hey Lorraine, well your car isn’t stick shift, right? So you won’t roll back much once you take your foot of the brake, the car will already be in gear to go forward. I do drive a stick shift, and unless it’s a really steep hill or someone is close behind I won’t use the hand break. Odds are the car behind you is going to roll back a modest too, so no worries. =]

  38. VUSTAH says:

why arent you showing your face??

  39. bellagirl441 says:

The healthful skin looked so oily on my face mid day. I need an alternative to my studio fix fluid but nothing covers as well. It is just too reckon to wear everyday. Any suggestions? My skin sounds similar to yours – oily, sensitive, and prone to cystic acne when irritated.

  40. PrincessLaynah says:

your day in the life videos would be alottt better if you showed more FACE =)

  41. eshutchison says:

I reckon a foundation review would be helpful for persons with very sensitive skin like yourself. The Neutrogena Healthful Skin worked fantastic for me but I don’t have very sensitive skin. I do have oily skin but it has not been in tears by the product and it really stays on my skin! Go figure :)

  42. pinkiepromiss says:

i like your go in music.

  43. xoxbbycassidyxox says:

when stopped on a hill place the handbrake on then when you pull away release it slowley while you accelerate.. :) hope this helps x

  44. beaute17 says:

Lorraine i have sensitive and acne prone skin just like you and when i tried the Neutrogena foundation it made my skin break out so terrible. I tried it for a week and i notice that i was getting 2 to 3 pimples a day, so i stopped using it.

  45. nsTess says:

  46. Tarav says:

You make me want to record my daily videos soooo terrible, but my life just isn’t as entertaining as yours. Haha.

  47. bigfrancesca says:

is silly. I reckon you meant maybe to tell her to buy organic instead.

  48. bigfrancesca says:

Top being that all pesticides are harmful. A lot of countries have food practices that are outlawed in other countries, including the U.S. I’m sure there are pesticides in the coffee and tea she drinks from starbucks. And the milk is probably made from genetically bespoke soy. No hostility towards u. I reckon some better information would be to check how your food is made no topic what country it is from. To say that american pesticides are ok but not the pesticides from chile is

  49. AbbieBabby1 says:
