HOW DO I KNOW JAFFAARY IS REPUTABLE AND WILL DELIVER ON MY PURCHASE?

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE ?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL…WHAT’S GOING ON?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

REFUNDS

If there is something wrong with your order ( wrong item, defective product, etc.), contact us FIRST to initiate the return. It will need to return it to us in it’s original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We are sorry that you need to return or replace and item but things happen. We are happy to issue a refund or replacement.

Many of our items ship direct from a USA warehouse or port, however, certain “special order” items ship direct from the maker in other countries. Shipping is still slow in other countries. Please allow for up to 6 weeks for replacement on special orders. We look for the best quality for you and sometimes it is ONLY found in other countries.

EXCHANGES

These can be difficult due in whole by high demand. Our products sell fast because they are all ‘Specialty Items’. If you need an exchange, email us so we can check on stock quantities and work something out that your comfortable with.

WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All products will be processed within 1-5 business days of purchase depending on the season. Please allow 5-7 days for USA delivery. Please allow 4-6 weeks for special promotional items as they are often in high demand and we may need to order from our exclusive warehouses in other countries.

Cost of shipping varies depending on size, weight and quantity of order.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

It depends on the product but in general Jaffaary does not issue warranties on its products. It is best to work directly with the manufacturer instead.
