Why would you not cook your food? Cooking food has lots of benefits: it unlocks nutrition that you wouldn’t if not be able to get out of food, it makes food simpler to consume and also to digest.

  38. SusanBessette says:

I searched Netflix and found something called “Stumble”, an Indian film. It was AWFUL and I watched the whole thing, thinking you recommended it. I am pleased to learn I got the incorrect DVD.
Do you suggest anything I could find at Netflix?

  39. SusanBessette says:

Thank you, Dan, I will brood over these thoughts today.

  40. kosai19 says:

Isn’t raw cabbage a cruciferous vegetable? I tried eating raw broccoli once and it really did a number on my digestive system. I later learned that people with a weak (or even normal for that topic) will have a really hard time digesting that. My understanding is that anything in the cruciferous family (broccoli, cabbage, etc) shouldn’t be eaten raw. Just a notification to persons eating the raw cabbage. If they have tribulations with digestion afterward it’ll be because of the cabbage.

  41. kosai19 says:

Very well place Dan. Thank you.

  42. liferegenerator says:

I see free spirits caring for children all the time. Freedom is never found in the circumstances surrounding us, it is always found surrounded by our own minds. We must train ourselves to see that the universe has us right where it wants us for the excellent of all including ourselves. Find and appreciate the freedom you do have and it will grow until freespiritedness becomes an everyday part of your life. Choose to see the excellent and be thankful. A truly free spirit is free in all circumstances. Like, Dan

On a lighter side, I will take this summer stew to a pot luck this sundown.
    Blessings and health.

  44. SusanBessette says:

Hi Dave, I have a inquiry or observation that I hope you and your viewers don’t take as negative. How does a primary care giver, with 3 kids and 8 bags of groceries, live the free lifestyle you speak of? When my kids were modest it was all about them and my husband. How could I take them on a 10 mi bike ride and skinny dipping in the stream? I never see “free spirits” caring for children.
    Peace

  45. TakeTheGreenPill says:

Thank you so much, I looked-for some recipes for my Thwart Canada trip, thanks!

Hi Dan, Thanks for being part of my life.
Please suggest some titles of spiritual videos. Also, what kind of comedies do you and LLK (the Lovely Lady Krista) mind?
I really liked the chat record. The recipes are awesome, but everybody has recipes. You give encouragement and wisdom. Peace.
