I’m curious why you’d reckon Raw food is extreme ;)

  9. brilliantou says:

Dan I know you use flip cam and you like it, I like your videos, would be cool if the sound would be a modest boosted, as sometimes when youre further from camera it gets very low volume, I reckon I saw you using mac, so in imovie theres option to boost volume by 200 % when you edit, maybe that helps.

Thanks for the answer mate. But i still can’t see how you can eat enough of them, unless you snack all day on raw nuts or beans etc. So what about a nice lightly steamed peice of Tuna or Salmon? Or a nice lean peice of Chicken breast? I’ve heard that people on low acid diets can still eat these in moderation because they don’t form acid. Is this right?

  11. liferegenerator says:

Soaked nuts and seeds are a far stuck-up source of amino acids than the flesh of dead animals! Animal protein really draws calcium from the bones to buffer the acids, which are by products of animal bandanna consumption…So really meat and dairy products are the reason people get weak bones! eat fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds for stuck-up moorland…

  12. Joshuanorris1980 says:

what about raw meat? If you’re so into Raw foods, why not chuck a nice raw piece of Salmon or Beef in there?…….your body wants protien and if your lifestyle navy you to do heavy compound movements (like heavy lifting or hard labour), then you need lots of protiens for muscle repair etc. Calcium is also a problem and if you don’t get enough, then your bones will loose strength and you will become a frail ancient man. What natural raw foods can i substitute for meat/eggs/dairy?

  13. HawkReborn says:

he said imagine that he got the water from the stream, which was free. you can find the herbs anywhere. Usually when you say a meal costs “this much” then you dont add in the price of the cookware. You are basically saying that anymeal that you use you oven would cost you thousands of dollars…

  14. phatpleasure says:

how is raw foods internal/eternal foods? what do you mean by that?
the way I see it is.. excellent food is excellent food… and people shoudl eat more excellent food and in moderation + exercise… why go to the extreme of eating RAW food? comon..

  15. jmparrish says:

I dont’ reckon I looked at his face once….

  18. newt718 says:

you have the 33 cent water, the water you used, is nearly 2.00 a bottle, so lets say it was 1.00 for that, the herbs were grown, not bought but they are not free. Not taking into account the RV in the background to haul around your smoothie blender, this meal is getting very espensive. so Yeah, basically you are somehow satisfied with 3 bananas beat to hell in water and ice with some herbs, hope it works for you bro.

What is also eternal is that cooking food and/or liquids at more than 100°C will get rid of a ton of bacteria that human stomachs would be vulnerable to when eaten raw.
No offense, I reckon it’s fantastic what you can do with raw food, I just would never promote it as “the one and eternal way”.
Besides, a lot of stuff tastes so much better when it’s hot, like a soup on a chill day!

The top that is missing here is that atmospheric pressure has modest part to play here because it is sealed surrounded by when the cork is pushed in, it is to all extents, neutralized. The vacuum is a partial vacuum, heat loss is prevented by the highly mirrored inner liner of the thermos and the minumum contact areas made with the outer case.
